There has been plenty of negative feedback on Peter Jackson’s experimental filming of The Hobbit in 48 fps, with many claiming the high frame rate strips away the cinematic feel and replaces it with a more TV soap opera experience. Either way it’s inevitably the way forward for movies. Even James Cameron says that he will shoot the Avatar squeals at 60 fps.
Pacific Rim is an upcoming American science fiction film directed by Guillermo del Toro, who at one time was slated to be the director of The Hobbit, and based on a screenplay by Travis Beacham. The film is set in a world where soldiers piloting giant robots battle against huge, alien creatures who have mysteriously risen five miles from beneath the ocean.
The Expendables 2 is a sequel to the 2010 action film The Expendables, and stars action movie heavyweights Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Chuck Norris, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Liam Hemsworth, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Bruce Willis, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

His life gets more complicated when he takes in a teenage prostitute called Erica (Sami Gayle).
